Asus confirms the ‘S101 Eee-PC, a notebook with luxury finishes in small metal and glass gems. The “cheap” series Eee ago and then placed in a curated achievement that still keeps the weight below 1 kg and compact dimensions. As already anticipated the Eee PC S101 will be equipped by 10.2-inch screen with WSVGA resolution, 0.3 megapixel camera, Bluetooth and wi-fi.

At launch will be only the version with 16 GB SSD, accompanied by an SD memory card from the other 16 GB while another 20 GB of space will be available through the “Eee Storage” which offers an online store for our data. Battery life also should be able to reach the 5 hours and as far as the other technical data the S101 has 1 GB of RAM, multi-touch touchpad and Atom processor that runs Windows XP Home. The price, starting in November, will be 599 €.
